Zusammenfassung: With a multi-coincidence imaging technique (reaction microscope) the fragmentation of helium atoms by electron impact was explored at 106 eV incident energy. Kinematically complete information for both single- and double-ionization is obtained. The large acceptance achieved for low-energy electrons (E < 15 eV) covering almost the entire solid-angle allows to gain three-dimensional images of the electron emission for single-ionization with asymmetric kinematics. Strong deviations in the fully differential cross section between experimental data and a 3C-calculation appear in the non-coplanar geometry. Furthermore, for the first time differential experimental data on double-ionization of helium at the same impact energy (27 eV above the threshold) are presented. Preferred configurations of electron emission after the collision can be identified. The angular correlation reveals, that the dynamics is dominated by the mutual repulsion of the electrons.
