 Abstract: Here, using the materials genome strategy, we can account for the comprehensive effects of composition, structure, active sites and adsorption energy, and identify a novel B-site cation ordered double perovskite, SrCo0.4Fe0.2W0.4O3- (SCFW0.4), as a superior OER electrocatalyst, which shows outstanding activity and excellent operational stability.
