 Abstract: We report measurements of the Hall effect in single crystals of Tl2Ba2CuO6+δ near optimum doping. In principle, this is an ideal material for an investigation of the quality of the well-known linear and quadratic temperature dependences of the resistivity and inverse Hall angle, since crystals of this material have a simple tetragonal crystal structure with one CuO2 layer per formula unit, and little disorder.
