Abstract: The work deals with analysis of robusiness of stochastic optimization subrotines based on adaptive random search (ARS) approach. In this work several modifications of LJ method were tested. The ARS method was applied to optimize simulated moving bed and true moving bed chromatographic processes. The results proved the robustness of the method in application in process engineering.
