 Abstract: Using the Weyl transfomations induced by diffeomorphisms we set up a cohomological problem for the Fefferman-Graham coefficients. The cohomologically non-trivial solutions remove the ambiguity and give the non-local terms in the effective action responsible for the trace anomalies.
