Abstract: Some records, obtained from the surface of the optic tectum of the frog with moving visual stimuli are presented as evidence of a global oscillation of the tectal activity whose time course is specific for different patterns of stimulation. The research reported in this document has been sponsored by the 6570th Aerospace Medical Research Laboratory under grant AF EOAR 65-44 through the European Office of Aerospace Research (OAR), United States Air Force.
