Abstract: It has been shown in many domains that sensorimotor adaptation and skill learning can recalibrate our perception, such as
in adaptation to visual displacements induced with prism goggles.
There are few studies about adaptation to perturbations
in the temporal domain and none that show a temporal recalibration as
a result of sensorimotor adaptation. In this talk,
I will present results to show an adaptation of perceived simultaenity
to visual feedback delays and how this recalibration
relates to ecological and closed-loop behavioural parameters.
