 Abstract: We grew single crystals of Yb1−x Lax Rh2Si2 with x=0.05x=0.05, 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 and started a detailed investigation of their physical properties, e.g. their resistivity and specific heat. Our specific heat results show an increase of the Kondo temperature as well as a suppression of the antiferromagnetic order. The Fermi liquid state is already reached with 20% La-doping, after the QCP has been crossed.
