 Abstract: The thermal conductivities Ks,n of (, RE)Al2 single crystals have been determined in the normal (n) and the superconducting (s) state. For the dilute alloys Ks/Kn vs. T is in accordance with the prediction of the Ambegaokar-Griffin theory. However, a strong decrease of Ks/Kn was observed after annealing. To account for this, the theory has been extended. Good agreement between the numerical results and the experimental data is achieved.
