Abstract: Proteine liegen in Zellen als Multiproteinkomplexe vor, die entscheidend für die Funktionen von Proteinen und das Verhalten der Zellen sind. Wir haben eine Proteomics-Technologie entwickelt, mit der Proteinkomplexe in nativer Form analysiert werden können: die zweidimensionale Blau-Native-/SDS-Gelelektrophorese von Zelllysaten. Mit ihr können Anzahl, Größe, Häufigkeit, Zusammensetzung und Stöchiometrie der Proteinkomplexe einer Probe bestimmt werden.
