Abstract:
Es wird gezeigt, dass die Wirkung des von Marsh entdeckten Erschlaffungsfaktors aus einem wirksamen Muskelextrakt vollständig verschwindet, wenn der Extrakt mit 35,000 g lange genug zentrifugiert wird. Die Wirkung findet sich mit 100% Ausbeute im abzentrifugierten Niederschlag der Muskelgrana wieder.
Doch findet sich im faktorereien Überstand der Zentrifugation Myokinase-Aktivität. Ebenso kann die Faktorwirkung durch geeignete Massnahmen vernichtet werden, während die Myokinase-Aktivität durch diese Massnahmen nicht zerstört wird, ja bisweilen sogar zunimmt.
Abstract:
It is shown that the effect of the relaxation factor of an active muscle extract (discovered by Marsh diappears completely when the extract is centrifuged at 35,000 g for a sufficiently long time. The relaxing effect is present with a yield of 100% in the centrifuged precipitate of the muscle grains.
Nevertheless, myokinase activity is to be found in the factor-free supernatant. Likewise, the factor effect can be destroyed by suitable measures, while the myokinase activity is not destroyed by these measures, but is occasionally even augmented.
