 Abstract: The analysis of C-13 and H-1 chemical shifts together with the specific optical rotation supports the claim that the natural product named aurantoside G has actually been synthesized recently. This result is based on the comparison of experimental and calculated data. Using the same procedure, evidences for the correct stereodescription of aurantoside J are also put forward.
