 Abstract: Residual B0 inhomogeneity after shimming leads to incoherent spatial averaging due to phase and frequency variations over the FOV. We extended the previously introduced Overdiscretized Target-Driven MRSI reconstruction method to take B0 variations into account in a quasi-continuous manner. A gain in SNR is achieved compared to conventional voxel-wise B0 correction.
