 Abstract: Even a small frequency drift of less than 1Hz/min of the MRI scanner can have a strong impact on gagCEST measurements. We propose a dynamic B0-correction that tracks the frequency shift using the phase images provided by the GRE readout. We show that this correction eliminates the influence of the frequency drift on gagCEST without the need of additional measurement time allowing higher accuracy, reproducibility, and comparability of gagCEST studies.
