The work of CDP, JJR, FDV and JJK is carried out within the
Theory Institute for Materials and Energy Spectroscopies (TIMES)
at SLAC, supported by the U.S. DOE, Office of Basic Energy Sciences,
Division of Materials Sciences and Engineering, under contract no.
DE-AC02-76SF00515. Early development work was performed by
C.D.P and D.P as part of a User Project at The Molecular Foundry
(TMF), LBNL, supported by the Office of Science, Office of Basic
Energy Sciences, of the U.S. DOE, under contract no. DE-AC02-
05CH11231, and by JJR, FDV and JJK at U. Washington under DOE BES Grant DE-FG02-ER45623. Numerical simulations were exe-
cuted on the Etna, Vulcan, Mako, and Lawrencium compute clus-
ters, administered by the High-Performance Computing Services
