Abstract:
During the inventarisation of the fungus flora of Jena in the last years, several interesting
finding have been made, some of which are presented here by colour plates and
detailed descriptions. All except the lignicolous species are supposed to be typical for thermophilic
regions on basic soils. Ceriporia aurantiocarnescens and Cortinarius diffractosuavis
are reported here for the first time for Germany, Cristinia coprophila the first time for Thuringia.
Melanomphalia nigrescens is an extremely rare species with a disjoint area in Europe.
Furthermore it is drawn attention to Xeromphalina caulicinalis, which seem to be less rare in
Jena than in other regions, but may be overlooked sometimes despite its comperatively attractive fruitbodies.
