Abstract: The study of some 10.000 more pseudoscorpions collected mainly during ecological surveys in
the region of Manaus yielded the following results: eleven new species are described, for two of them
two new genera have to be erected in the families Syarinidae and Miratemnidae. Some already described
species are recorded for the first time from Brasil. The probable synonymy of the genera Tullgenia
MELLO-LEITAO, Sphenochernes TURK and Syndeipnochernes BEIER is discussed.
