 Abstract: CEST MRI suffers from long acquisition times and/or limited volume coverage. Here we suggest using a spatio-temporal variable density Poisson disk design for whole brain APTw snapshot CEST. This enabled us to acquire 1.3 mm isotropic whole brain APTw CEST maps in under 2 minutes. All the reconstruction and necessary adjustment steps were implemented within the scanner software, enabling a push-button B0-corrected CEST measurement.
