Quantum oscillation experiments were performed on
Theta-(BEDT-TTF)(2)I-3 crystals. In the neat crystals used here,
quantum oscillations for the a-orbit (F-alpha=780T) are already
observed at a field of 2T and the magnetic breakdown for the beta-orbit
(F-beta=4200T) occurs at 3T The warping of the Fermi-surface of the
alpha-orbit and the beta-orbit could be determined to be Delta F
alpha=6.5T and Delta F-beta =16T, respectively. Superconductivity at
3.6K was observed in about 30% of the crystals. After tempering at 700
C all crystals show bulk superconductivity at 4K. The structure of this
new Theta(T)-(BEDTTTF)(2)I-3 phase could be solved.
