 Abstract: Commensurability peaks in new kind of two-dimensional (2D) systems with
artificial scatterers-2D electron gas in the array of diffusive and
thermalizing scatterers (it was AuGeNi alloy dots)-was studied
experimentally. It is shown that the position and the amplitude of
these peaks are completely described by the model of pin-ball electron
