Abstract: This article publishes the executive summary of a longer report of the ParTFin project. This report can be downloaded below and separately cited by the additional DoI number (10.30709/eucrim-2023-031). The project aimed at determining whether proposed enhanced public-private information sharing mechanism in the field of financial crime can be designed in a way that promises operation effectiveness while at the same time respecting adequate legal safeguards. The executive summary presents the recommendations of the project. They provide guidance for policymakers, authorities, and obliged entities on how to ensure that cooperation aligns with the imperatives of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (CFR).
