 Abstract: Cosmic ray acceleration at the Galactic wind termination shock is considered. The generation of Alfvén waves by cosmic ray streaming is taken into account. The spectrum of Alfvén waves determines the cosmic ray diffusion. Applications are given for an explanation of the cosmic ray spectrum in the "knee" region.
