Abstract: A storage ring is designed in such a way that cylindrical electrostatic deflectors are installed in all the gaps of the dipole magnets. The dispersion function is adjustable from positive to negative. The dispersion function can be zero along the whole circumference when [image]. In this ring a 24Mg+ beam with the kinetic energy of 35 keV will be circulated.
