要旨:
The following diploma thesis deals with the generation of ions through laser ionization. With the help of a laser pulse (Nd:YAG, 355 nm, up to 200 kW, 6 ns) the material of a target (gold) is being vaporized and ionized. The resulting charges are accelerated by an electric field, measured and mass-spectrometricly analyzed. This method is supposed to add to the bombarding of the target with real dust particles. It is the objective to simulate particles of dust that possess a higher speed (or energy) than particles which can be created at the Heidelberg Dust Accelerator. The velocities of the laser induced charges are depending on their initial energies and the electric field. This is reflected by the rise time of the charge signals. Here, the average initial energy was reconstructed. Furthermore the charge yield dependence on the intensity of the field was investigated. Using different laser pulse energies, the charge yields, rise times and lines in the spectra are observed and analyzed. At higher energies plasma effects have to be considered in order to understand the observed phenomena. These experiments from the laboratory are supposed to help for a better understanding of in-situ measurings of fast cosmic particles of dust.
