Abstract
Stable blue electroluminescence from polyfluorene light- emitting devices with dendron side chains is demonstrated. A detailed photo-P physical characterization of the material including photoinduced absorption data is given. Color coordinates of (0.189,0.237) and luminances of more than 380 cd m(-2) can be obtained with these devices. The Figure shows the chemical structure of the dendronic polyfluorene.
