Abstract
Twinnia hydroides (Novák, 1956) is reported from Austria, Vorarlberg for the first time. Observations on habitat and copulation are presented. Females from pupae were found to contain mature eggs right after emergence; the species is apparently autogenic, at least in its first gonotrophic cycle.
