Abstract

Wir stellen einen am Max-Planck-Institut für Gravitationsphysik (Albert-Einstein-Institut, AEI) entwickelten neuen Zugang zur Definition einer vereinheitlichten Theorie der vier bekannten Fundamentalkräfte vor. Dieser Vorschlag basiert auf der Analyse von Symmetrien in der Stringtheorie. We present a novel definition of a unified theory of all four known fundamental forces. This definition was developed at the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics (Albert Einstein Institute, AEI) and utilizes new results concerning the symmetry structures of string theory.
