Abstract
Often it is not recognized that crystallization methods can be applied for enantioseparation purposes. Thus, the intention of this lecture is to present and to discuss several aspects relevant to derive the feasibility of crystallization based enantioseparation and further, to design and to optimize such processes with regard to product characteristics (purity, particle size etc.) and productivity.
