要旨
This talk reports two experiments done in the Motion Lab of the MPI Tübingen, on the multimodal perception of upright rotations. In the first experiment we investigated the influence of task-induced attention to a modality, and becoming aware of conflicts, on the weighting of the different modalities in turn perception. The second experiment investigated whether multimodal cue integration for upright rotations follows the maximum-likelihood principle of multisensory integration.
