Abstract
Cyclamenol A is a naturally occurring inhibitor of leukocyte adhesion to endothelial cells. The (9S,18R) diastereomer of cyclamenol A seco acid was synthesized by employing Sonogashira couplings and olefination reactions as the key steps. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. Air rights reserved.
