Abstract
Isolation of DNA fragments is often necessary for cloning or labelling techniquesL I present here an easy and rapid procedure to recover DNA fragments from agarose gels using liquid nitrogen. This procedure allows purification of DNA fragments with high purity and quality within 30 min. The isolated DNA can efficiently be used for ligation, labelling techniques and cRNA synthesis
