Abstract
The authors report the results of an investigation of the thermoelectric power of two solid solution systems Ce(Ni xCo 1-x) 2 (Laves phases, 0lesxles1) and Ce(Ga yNi 1-y) 5 (CaCu 5 structure type, 50lesyles0.33) for which a departure from the correlation between v Ce and T alphamax was observed.
