Abstract
Cornelia Woll is professor of political science at Sciences-Po in Paris, and the author of “The Power of Inaction“, a new book on the different approaches countries took to bailing out banks in the financial crisis. I asked her a set of questions about the politics of bailouts in the U.S. and Europe.
