Abstract
The thermal conductivity (T) of superconducting YBa2Cu3O7 and Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 single crystals contains an intrinsic non-phononic contribution for T<0.5K which varies linear in temperature and very likely reflects the presence of light normal carriers far below Tc.
