Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of the relationships with the international market, and its relation with the supply chain process of international integration, of the Battery company in the Argentinean market. To achieve this objective, the theoretical framework includes literature about strategy, international operations and supply chain. The methodology of qualitative case study was adopted, as well as a descriptive and exploratory analysis of the process of international integration of the company. It was observed a decisive role of the customer, the carmaker Alpha, in the studied company internationalization process.
