要旨
The thermal stability of cloverite, [Ga8P8O31(OH)2](QF)2(H2O)n, was studied by in situ x-ray diffraction (XRD), in situ infrared spectroscopy (IR), thermogravimetric analysis combined with differential thermal analysis (TG/DTA) and nitrogen adsorption measurements. During the heating process the framework remained stable to at least 500°C in air as well as in vacuum. Cooling down to room temperature in ambient air led to a structure break down, while under vacuum the cloverite structure remained stable during the cooling process. When the calcined cloverite is kept at temperatures above 100°C its framework remains intact while storage under aliphatics produces a material similar to cloverite.
