要旨

Photo-excitation of Cu-O vibrations with 17 μm wavelength pulses La_1.8-xEr_0.2SrXCuO₄ results in a quantum coherent state, revealed by the presence of a Josephson Plasma Resonance characteristic of layered superconductors.
