Control of onsite electronic wavefunctions is achieved in the organic conductor (BEDT-TTF)-F2TCNQ by resonant excitation of localized molecular vibrational modes of the BEDT molecule. In this way, the onsite two-particle Coulomb repulsion can be modulated.
