Abstract

Durch katalytische Hydrierung von Lactosazon erhält man nebeneinander Lactosamin (2-Desoxy-2-amino-lactose) und Isolactosamin (1-Desoxy-1-amino-lactulose). Nach Peracetylierung und anschließender Ammonolyse wurden N-Acetyl-lactosamin (2-Acetamino-lactose) und N-Acetyl isolactosamin (1 Acetamino-lactulose) chromatographisch getrennt. Die so synthetisch gewonnene 2-Acetamino-lactose ist in allen Eigenschaften identisch mit dem durch partielle Hydrolyse von Blutgruppen-Substanzen erhaltener Disaccharid.
