Abstract
Unter Schonung der CH3·CO·NH-Gruppe lassen sich N-Acetylglucosamin-Derivate mit CH3J + BaO in Dimethylformamid in einer Operation permethylieren. So wurden in guten Ausbeuten O-Methyläther von β-Äthyl- und α-Benzyl-N-acetyl-D-glucosaminid sowie von N-Acetyl-lactosaminol erhalten.
