Abstract
Mit Hilfe des braunen Pd(OH)2/BaSO4 läßt sich aus Amygdalin in wäßriger Lösung durch katalytische Hydrierung leicht kristallisierte Gentiobiose in vorzüglicher Ausbeute gewinnen.
