Abstract
Die Bausteinanalyse eines aus Kuh-Colostrum isolierten Glykopeptids ergab (In Molen pro Mol): 4 Galaktose, 4 Hexosamin, 4 Sialinsäure, 2, Alanin, 2 Valin, 2 Isoleucin, 2 Serin, 4 Threonin, 3 Prolin, 2 Asparaginsäure, 3 Glutaminsäure und 1 Lysin. Vermutlich liegt ein Peptid aus 21 Aminosäureresten vor, wobei 4 Carboxylgruppen der Monoaminodicarbonsäuren zur Bindung von je 1 Trisaccharid-Rest (Hexosamin + Galaktose + Sialinsäure) dienen.
