Abstract
Die im Titel genannten Verbindungen 2a und 2b werden aus den entsprechenden linearen, automatisch auf der Festphase synthetisierten Decapeptiden durch Cyclisierung mit Dicyclohexylcarbodiimid und N-Hydroxy-succinimid hergestellt. 2a und 2b sind in Wasser so schwer löslich, daß ihre Schutzwirkung nicht untersucht werden kann, doch bewirkt der wasserlösliche Schwefelsäureester von 2b mit 2 mg pro kg völligen Schutz der weißen Maus vor Vergiftung mit 5 mg Phalloidin.
