Abstract
Die weitgehend unbekannten mikrobiellen Gemeinschaften im Meeres-boden können durch den Vergleich von molekularen Fingerabdrücken inihrer Wechselwirkung mit der Umwelt und dem globalen Wandel unter-sucht werden.
Molecular fingerprinting tools allow an assessment of environmentalcontrols of marine microbial community structure, including thoserelated to global change.
