Abstract
Mit solcher Spannung wurde ein Urteil des Europäischen Gerichtshofs (EuGH) schon lange nicht mehr erwartet. Auf dem Prüfstand stand einer der Grundpfeiler der sozialen Marktwirtschaft deutscher Prägung.
