Abstract
In the age of globalization, international migration is also increasing. Different people meet who, in some respects, have different values. On the basis of examples from legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence this contribution will show how German criminal law deals with acts that may be accepted or
even expected in other societies but that are contrary to German values.
