Abstract
Das als Biformazan 1 formulierte „Diformazyl”︁ erweist sich nach Röntgenstrukturanalyse des Hydrochlorids und nach Abbaureaktionen der Base als 5‐[Bis(phenylazo)methylen]‐1,3‐diphenyltetrazolin‐Betain (6a). Die Bildungsweise von 6a wird näher untersucht.
