Abstract

This paper gives an account of biological observations on arachnids during a six months'
stay at the research station Reserva Ducke of the Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas da
Amazõnia, Manaus/Brazil. Commensalism of pseudoscorpions with cerambycid beetles
as well as feeding. and sexual behaviour of Amblypygi, Schizopeltidia and Ricinulei
are dealt with.
