Abstract
This is an open-source general-purpose fMRI Anlysis Tool written in Pyhton. It can be installed as a library in Python simply using: 'pip install mitfat'. And the working version of the code can be found in: <https://gitlab.tuebingen.mpg.de/vbokharaie/mitfat>. This code is used in the following publication: <https://www.pnas.org/content/116/41/20666.short>.
