Abstract
Die Überwachung des Telekommunikationsverkehrs ist eine der wichtigsten verdeckten Ermittlungsmaßnahmen. In einer Evaluationsstudie wurde die Überwachung der Telekommunikation (TKÜ) nach den Paragraphen 100a und 100b der Strafprozessordnung sowie die akustische Wohnraumüberwachung nach Paragraph 100c I Nr. 3 der Strafprozessordnung untersucht. Hierzu wurden 611 Strafverfahrensakten aus dem Jahr 1998 analysiert und etwa 6.000 Praktiker befragt.
